Myofascial release is a safe and effective technique that utilizes gentle sustained pressure to the skin to help release tissue restrictions, restore motion and reduce pain.
Active Isolated Stretching
This is a technique that we use to target a specific muscle that can cause you pain due to its constantly contracted state. This is done by your participation in working with your therapist.
We will integrate this technique with our massage technique in order to loosen adhesions in the muscle and bring hydration while facilitating an environment in the tissue to promote healing, relaxation and improve function.
