Please read our cancellation and credit card policy below.
All clients must agree to the terms below before treatment.
Any cancellations/changes to your appointment time or duration must be received within 24 hours to avoid a penalty. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee representing $45 or 50% of your original service fee (whichever is greater). All no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of scheduled services.
The same cancellation fee applies if paying with a gift certificate or pre-paid series the session will be forfeited. If you are late to your appointment, that time will be deducted from hands-on time.
We require a credit/debit or HSA/FSA card to remain on file to reserve an appointment at the time of booking whether online or over the phone. Payment will not be charged at the time of booking. If two consecutive sessions are missed without a cancellation notification, all existing appointments will be cancelled. In our desire to be fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists time, we have adopted these policies going forward. Lastly, anyone associated with Precision Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
